I used Custom Property Improvements Ltd for some major works including removing two chimney breasts, knocking through two rooms, and installing French doors and two sets of windows. This is my second time using Martin and his team and they were excellent again. The process was clear from start to finish. Pricing was transparent - no surprises. The crew were tidy and professional. Everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I would happily recommend them.

Martin and Kris were sensational. They delivered all of the work we needed doing (remodelling, plastering, decorating, building and repairing) to an exceptional level. Everything was done to the highest standard, on-time and with the minimum of mess. Martin always comes up with better ideas than us, and so the end-result turned out even better than we had hoped! Would 100% recommend to anyone.

We have used Martin and his team before at our old house - and had no hesitation to using him again when we moved. The work they do is incredible - such attention to detail, and always go the extra mile. Never leave any mess, and always have suggestions on how they can improve on our plans. They have decorated our place from top to bottom, arranged for custom made furniture to be made and installed, and also helped with electrics and plumbing. Communication and timeliness always excellent - would totally recommend.

Martin was an excellent choice for our project. He takes his work seriously, with a good eye for detail; the way he invested time and care into the project made it feel like this was more than just another job for him. Martin was also happy to come back and deal with any matters arising after the project had been formally completed. We would happily ask him to do more work in the future.

Martin and his team provided a really high quality and great value for money service. They were always incredibly responsive, thoughtful to our needs (we have 2 small children) and with an attention to detail which made us feel valued as clients. Martin helped us with queries and offered solutions throughout as well as providing great after-care by being available fix any snags with no job being too small. Very professional, courteous and helpful. I would certainly recommend.
