Cusom Access Security Ltd were a recommendation and they did not disappoint.. Given how incredibly busy they are and offering a 24 hour call out service too I was not adverse to waiting or having to be flexible in regards to fitting in an appointment. Speedy fitment, friendly, nothing was too much trouble, all questions answered before I got chance to ask and the patience of a saint when it comes to technology and dodgy wifi signal.. very reasonable on cost and excellent guidance on what you need based on what you want.. thank you Scott ??

Replied quickly to my call, came same day assessed the job explained what work would have to be carried out gave me a rough estimate and would confirm once he had checked with suppliers cost of new alarm set up, had a reply within an hour for supply and fit. I was very happy with the competitive price, accepted and all done very quickly, would definitely recommend Scott for any alarm issues you have.

Scott's knowledge on CCTV issues is amazing. Our previous CCTV company (Knights Shield and Fire) set up our CCTV but it was not working. The previous company had no idea why the CCTV was not working as their technical knowledge was not up to date. Scott came and sorted everything out for us. An absolute gent, polite and professional. We will be using him for all our home security needs from now on.
