I first needed the flat roof replaced on my garage as the felt had deteriorated and was leaking , the boys did such a great job that I got them back to remove a redundant chimney and repair the ridge tiles on my house , they also tidied up the main chimney while they were up there. Professional and polite throughout they did a great job and left my property clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommended.

Custodian roofing replaced my tired old leaking garage roof with EPDM. Very responsive to enquiries providing a visit and quote in super quick time. Setting a schedule for the work to be carried out in just a few days wait. The end result is a professional finish that is a credit to the trade.

An excellent and very reasonably priced job completed by Thomas. We had an issue with our garage roof leaking. Luckily Thomas was in our area, came round and diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day. We will definitely use Thomas and his team again 😊

Thomas came over promptly to assess the state of our roof, and even though his team were very busy, he managed to fit us in quickly as we had water leaking into a bedroom. His team were brilliant — friendly, professional, and efficient — and the work was completed to a very high standard. A really reliable and professional roofing business.
