I am very happy with Tom and his crew from Custodian Roofing. Tom called to give me an estimate to have the felting and battons replaced. He was polite and gave me a very detailed explanation as to what the job would entail. His written estimate was received that evening. It was again detailed and extremely competitive compared to others. His crew carried out the work quickly and efficiently. The final touches were carried out by Tom himself. All debris was removed very quickly after the job was finished, leaving the garden and surrounding area spotless.

The firm replaced a leaking polycarbonate roof with a permanent timber base with OSB boards and a EDPM rubber roofing. This was finished internally with UPVC cladding. All work was carried out to a high standard and would definitely recommend this firm.
