I contacted Curry’s on Friday as our washing machine was not heating the water. Curry’s booked us in for today. In the meanwhile they settled the bill at a fixed rate, including parts, and asked me to provide them withe modem serial numbers . Today, at 12.00 a technician arrived with the correct spares and the washing machine is now running correctly

An amazing service, paid a fix fee and completed a short video survey. Engineer came with the part they believed it to be. They were correct parts and the repair was completed.
