  Mains electric cable was arcing due to loose connection / potential fire hazard

  Graham and partner were extremely good. Communications was exceptional. I had some arcing on my mains electric board which was causing all the household electricals to flash, a metallic burning smell and had potential to start a fire. Graham immediately told me to shut off the main switch and was at the door within 45 mins. The team worked methodically and safely through all the checks, and worked with the building technician to access and isolate our electrical supply. They remediated the problem cabling, ran further checks and restored power. Thank you for the time you spent to resolve :)

  Very happy with our new kitchen

  Graham and Ollie did a fantastic job with our kitchen. From the very first conversation, Graham gained our trust with his friendly and professional approach. His "can-do" attitude meant so much to us, especially as this was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. His attention to detail is excellent, and he’s a genuinely kind and approachable person too.
