Sam and his team have carried out a couple of jobs for us recently, including fault-finding on a lighting circuit, installation work around the house, and most recently replacing a circuit breaker and a noisy bathroom extractor fan. Although the issue was intermittent and difficult to diagnose, Sam was communicative throughout, kept me updated on timings, and ultimately resolved the problem.
