  Excellent!!!

  Right from the start I felt safe and looked after by Surrey Move Management, from getting the quote, right through to moving day. They moved myself and my two children and everything was great. They were professional, careful with our belongings and so tidy and so helpful. The guys were friendly, and made sure everything was seamless. I will definitely use them on my next move. I cannot recommend highly enough.

  Incredible Service from Surrey Move Management

  Highly recommend! Moved not once but twice this year - The team moved myself and my parents (separately) with absolute ease, professionalism and kindness. They made moving day completely stress-free. Everything was handled with great care and efficiency, and nothing was too much trouble. From dismantling furniture, to reassembly, navigating tight stairs and much more. The team brought smiles, laughter and complete expertise! I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and cheerful removal company!

  Dishonest - one to avoid

  Communication was good prior to booking however move team damaged two mattresses and smashed one mug. I understand accidents happen which is why I had asked about insurance prior to booking and requested the owner to confirm the insurance value; the owner subsequently confirmed the insurance value of £20K per vehicle however when it came to making a claim, I was told that the liability is capped at £40 per item because I didn't complete an acceptance form prior to the move. The owner has no remorse. Unfortunately this is one to avoid

  Thank you for your feedback, We’re sorry you were disappointed, as we always aim to provide a careful and professional service. The mattresses were moved into a loft room with very tight turns. Our team used the built in handles as intended, but the stitching unfortunately gave way under pressure while manoeuvring them through the narrow access We believe this was due to a manufacturing weakness rather than handling damage as the team exercised due care throughout, we do appreciate how frustrating this must have been. Regarding your insurance claim, we supplied the necessary forms and passed your submission to our insurer. While we pay significant premiums to ensure our customers are covered we have no control or influence over the insurers assessment or their final decision, The insurers response was based on their standard policy terms, which limit liability where a removal acceptance form is not completed along with a declaration of an overall value of goods before the move as per the terms and conditions. This is also advised within the quotation that was supplied to you before you decided to move with us We regret this outcome was not what you hoped for and assure you we acted transparently and in good faith throughout. You also asked me on the telephone twice to advise the insurance company that you had completed the insurance forms and requested I back dated them, I advised you that would be committing fraud and I was not prepared to do so which has ultimately led to you writing this review.

  Amazing Team

  I just want to say a huge thank you to you and your team for all their hard work on Thursday shifting the contents of my storage unit to a new location. I couldn’t have asked for three better guys to do the job! They were on time, hardworking, diligent, and friendly and this made the whole process easy (almost enjoyable!) for me!   We felt in great hands from the very first moment Ian came to our house to plan the moving. Then he and Belinda gave us enough peace of mind about the move and provided us with useful information to organice ourselves. The day of the move, Rick and his team was fantastic: friendly, super professional and eager to help us. They looked after our stuff with care and diligence and the whole move was a complete success in few hours. We will definitely work with them again.

  I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team for all their help. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, approachable, and professional. Moving house can be stressful, and the thought of people handling your belongings is often daunting. But right from the start, we felt completely at ease. It was such a relief knowing we were in such capable hands, and the whole experience was genuinely pleasant. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future.
