I cannot recommend Cummins Builders highly enough. They completely transformed my flat after a previous builder had left in disarray. From the very beginning, Steve demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for quality, a refreshing contrast to the greed and shortcuts I had unfortunately experienced before. Needed a new shower and tiles for the master bathroom. Steve came over, help suggest the best tray size and design for the room and layout. We purchased large tiles that some builders suggested was not suitable. However, Steve was positive and confident the toles could be layed with little or no breakage! All in all satisfied with an excellent job and would be getting Steve back to do the kitchen when that time comes.

Stephen fixed my shower, he was very informative, friendly and polite.

The job completed was to replace an old kitchen tiled floor with a new tiled floor. This included taking up all the old floor coverings. This job was done efficiently with care to detail. The finished floor was very professionally done. I was given clear explanations and time to ask questions during the process.

Mr Cummins removed my laminate flooring in the bathroom and replaced with floor tiles. He was very efficient and talked me through the process. He completed the work in less that a week.

We had all the stages explained to us very clearly. He had a special attention to detail and was keen to have an outstanding finish. He took time to prepare the walls and repair damage before starting decorating. Very impressive.
