0 Pre Christmas Cleaning

I booked a cleaner to clean two days prior to Christmas in November. On the day of cleaning I had not heard from them so I called and was told "oh yeah we aren't coming, all my cleaners are on holiday". They didn't seem as if they were going to tell me until I prompted them to tell me. It also seems they blocked me on WhatsApp when I originally messaged on the morning that the clean was booked asking what time they'll be arriving. Jacqui and the team were excellent in giving our house a thorough clean from top to bottom. They came back a couple of months later to do some extra cleaning after I had done some more clearing.
