What an incredible service. The guys turned up at the time scheduled. They were very professional and polite. They cleared some awkward furniture effortlessly. The guys were brilliant. The 2 man team arrived on time. Richard & Charlie were very friendly and helpful. They were needed to clear out my loft space which had accumulated years of unknown & unwanted items, plus a lot of dust and grit. A very impressive service, with an efficient on line quoting system, prompt appointment and job service. The 2 man team arrived promptly, double checked what was to be collected and then completed the task swiftly and with great care to the items and the property fabric. By supporting us, The Bright Ideas Trust and its high-profile members, believe that we have the right approach to cleaning up the clearance industry. The clearance industry is notoriously plagued by rogue clearance companies and illegal fly-tipping and we are working to change that perception and the experience of customers.
In the coming years, we are working on an ambitious plan to bring our excellent standard of customer service to new and exciting sectors and locations.
