Josh responded to my telephone query very quickly. He visited to see the problem and would have fixed our shower on the spot but didn't have the correct fitting with him. Isaac came the next week and carried out the work professionally and efficiently. Would highly recommend this company, Josh and Isaac! Would definately use again. I highly recommend cubic gas. They were professional and extremely friendly. Josh and team went out of their way to ensure our job was squeezed in before Xmas as we were without heating and in a dangerous situation. Great service and communication throughout. Detailed, clear quote given with breakdown of work to be carried out and choice of recommended boilers at different price points. Josh & Issac were punctual, polite and tidy. Josh explained how to use the new boiler and Hive. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.
