Chris has been a pleasure to deal with throughout. He originally did a service/repair on our and then replaced it when it broke again. Throughout he has been clear in communication, managing our expectations, and giving us the details of what is being done and why.

A brilliant tradesperson who delivered exactly what he said he would at a very fair price. The water pipe to the hot water storage tank was blocked resulting in no hot water. Using an amazing cleaning system, the blockage was cleared and the whole pipe system, including the radiators were cleaned. There is now plenty of hot water and the radiators are blasting out heat.

I can highly recommend Chris. Communication in advance of the job was prompt and very helpful. Chris arrived on time to install the smart thermostats, was very polite and friendly, communicates well and did a great job. The price was fair and as originally communicated even though the job probably took him longer than he expected.

I needed to update my bathroom. Chris installed a new toilet, basin, towel radiator and shower for me. I couldn’t be happier. Quick and tidy work and very reasonably priced. Will be using him again.

A fault code appeared on my boiler. Chris turned up the next day to fix it. Very polite and professional.
