My grandads boiler suddenly packed up and left us in a situation of who we should get in to have it looked at. Chris was recommended to us by a friend. From the first call to Chris explaining my concerns I was left feeling super confident we had got the right person. Chris was very attentive, calm and left me feeling totally reassured he had my grandads best interests in mind. Upon the 1st visit he made my grandad feel totally comfortable and safe in his hands. Chris promptly carried out a full replacement boiler and all work involved to a very high standard and great price. Highly recommend

We initially had Chris install a wall radiator, and from the outset we were impressed by his professionalism, efficiency, and the high standard of his work. He was clean, reliable, and clearly takes great pride in what he does. Because of that, we had him back straight away for more jobs around our family home. Everything Chris has done for us has been completed to an excellent standard, and his attention to detail really shows in the finish. Chris was so helpful with sorting out my boiler. He's friendly, professional, and always let me know exactly what was going on. Honest and transparent throughout, and took care of everything without any hassle. When we weren't able to fix the boiler he was kind enough to discount the cost of trying to fix from the cost of installing a new one. Recommend and would hire again without hesitation.

Chris carried out a boiler installation and fitting Hive heating controls. Fitting was carried out on day 1 and Chris returned the next day to commission the boiler and run final tests. Not only that, there was a connectivity issue with Hive to which Chris stayed behind and help fix. For me that was above and beyond so fair play. Excellent quote bettered only by the quality of his workmanship. Zero mess and also made good on a small repair. Really nice guy and it was a pleasure having him work at my property. 100% recommend.
