Great experience - pleasure to work with CTS! did the job perfectly and went above and beyond

Rollo and his team refurbished entirely two floors of the house, moving a bathroom and the kitchen; building a kitchen; adding underfloor heating and new floors; restoring period features; installing air con; even relaying the garden; and ordering fittings to install. Nothing was too much trouble but they were honest throughout and gave great advice. On time and on budget. Quality of work and attention to detail are excellent. The least stressful experience it could possibly have been.

Absolutely incredible experience with CTS. Rollo did a complete house refurb, top to bottom with rear and side extension and a lot of structural work upstairs too. He and the team sis exactly what they said would do, on budget, on schedule, and was a pleasure to spend so much time with. I recommended him to a number of friends who I know have had exactly the same experience. I could not recommend anyone more.

If you've ever "had the builders in" for any length of time, stuff sometimes goes wrong and you hear some proper horror stories. But I have recommended these guys to everyone. I have nothing but praise for them. They were totally professional, they left the site tidy every night, they foresaw issues and effortlessly fixed them before they became problems, they made suggestions we hadn't thought of which turned out to the right choices, and they did an absolutely first class job on everything. Two years later, we remain delighted with the work. They are on the Christmas card list for life.

Excellent work. CTS did a complete refit of my kitchen. It’s beautiful. The small, finishing touches make it look like a show kitchen - and those came from Rollo who was full of ideas. He fitted the kitchen with Damon. They ensured that they tidied up after themselves each evening. They are efficient and reliable. They did the work from start to finish, ordering everything that was needed and taking care of the plumbing, electrics, decorating and floor. Very good workers. I recommend CTS. In fact CTS refitted my downstairs bathroom a few years ago and I had no hesitation in using them again.
