  Christian has just finished an excellent job painting part of the external walls of my house. As with previous work he has done for me it was finished to a high standard and the work area was left tidy with no damage to surrounding areas

  Reliable and efficient

  Another great job completed by Christian. We have been using the decorating services of Christian since moving to our new house in 2018. He came recommended by neighbours who had previously been satisfied with his work . A quotation is provided in advance of works and completed at the appointed time. Throughout the work, Christian is most pleasant and efficient, being tidy and with an eye for detail. I would have no hesitation in recommending CTM Property Services.

  Entire internal redecoration.

  Christian was either us for a month redecorating a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom Bungalow. Cleared up every night and communicated every day the plan for the next day. He had to work around us staying in the house but he did so in such a way that it wasn’t to restrictive at all.

  Internal decorating

  With a very enthusiastic approach, Christian has painted our hall, stairs and landings to a very high standard. His attention to detail is very good and each night the work area was cleared and fully cleaned. What's more, he is a friendly and courteous guy who is clearly very happy in his work. We are delighted !

  Painted outside of our house

  Christian’s work showed him to be an absolute perfectionist – a rare breed these days! Our walls have various fitted obstacles in addition to windows and doors, yet each junction was perfectly finished. We even have four areas of fitted trellis covered with climbing shrubs, and his technique cleverly avoided a single bruised or damaged stem. Guttering was removed and cleaned. He took endless trouble to remedy a badly fitting soffit and facia in the roof at no extra cost beyond his very reasonable estimate. He was considerate, obliging and reliable, and we can unreservedly recommend him.
