We have a very large roof on our 200yr old house and we needed some emergency work done to make them safe. A representative come out the day after we contacted them, then spent 1/2hr making a detailed examination of the chimneys and roof with their drone, showing me every step of the way to make sure I understood fully what was needing to be done. Work commenced a couple of days later and was completed in a week. The workers were all very polite, cleaned the site thoroughly each day, and were very respectful of my neighbours. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again.

Would happily recommend these guys. Great communication throughout, and really flexible too. We needed the ridge repairing on our roof, and after getting the quote had several questions about ventilation which were all answered very quickly. We also realised later that this would be the ideal opportunity to remove an unused chimney, and added to the quote too. The team arrived today and did a great job removing the chimney, building up the wall and ridge, and matching the replacement tiles to the originals. I'm already getting them back for a couple of other pieces of work.
