Conrad responded quickly to my request for quotes and popped round same day to give a quote which was quite reasonable. After a bit of chasing to confirm date/times for the work to be done , the work was carried out the day after the tap I purchased arrived. Although he did arrive later than expected he was apologetic. He left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
