We'd definitely recommend CS Lofts. Our experience with them was brilliant, right from the start. Jack Rogers was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and wasn't at all pushy, which was a change from some other companies we'd seen. A big plus for us was that CS Lofts managed the whole build themselves instead of relying on subcontractors. The loft was built to a high standard, with Ben, our Project Manager, keeping us in the loop throughout the two months. Very pleased with the work. Thanks!

We found CS lofts with a simple Google search and they had also been recommended on a local community Facebook group.We ended up choosing CS lofts because, above all others, they seemed to know their stuff and be genuinely invested in doing right by us. We loved that they are a local, family run business. And this really shows. The quote provided by Richard was competitive . The speed at which Benni and his team worked was astounding. And, to have such a quality job as well! We saw progress right from the start. I Would highly recommend CS lofts . Generally nice reliable guys .

Our project involved lowering the ceilings throughout the house, so it was a significant build, but it was completed on time (approx 11 weeks) and within budget. We were really impressed with both the quality and the speed of the build. The team at CS Lofts were great to work with—Tyler and Alex, the builders, were fantastic, and even our dog misses them! Richard and Luke managed the project efficiently and were always quick to respond whenever we had a query or needed expert advice on decisions. We're really pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend.

CS Lofts is a small to medium sized company and the owner, Richard , is on the ball and highly responsive. They run 3 or 4 jobs at a time so he is able to oversee all activity and has excellent project managers. They handle everything in house. Planning, architects, engineers and sign-off His first and second fit teams were hardworking, polite, and punctual. His reccos for additional tiling,and decorating have also been good. There have been no major issues and any small issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The aftercare and snagging have been well handled.

I would definitely recommend using CS Lofts if you’re considering a loft conversion.  The build was done so efficiently and quick and their advice throughout was invaluable. The whole team have been fantastic – especially as we had some unexpected personal challenges during the build.  We are just completing the decoration and can’t wait to move in.    

Delighted with our new loft and how well all went especially given build was not standard - had to remove old staircase & steel beam from prior conversion, rebuild walls on 1st floor as well as build new dormer. All went well and build was done in the timeframe they committed to. We've ended up with a great layout that suits us with separate office, en suite bedroom and two storage areas. CS Lofts are really nice bunch of people to work with and to have in your home. The pace was kept up the whole time and we're v. happy with quality of the end result!
