Chris replaced our underground water supply pipe using the moling technique. From initial contact through to completion Chris was punctual, thorough, tidy, totally professional and friendly. Chris, was amazing from start to finish. I had no end of problems with this bathroom, (none of which was his fault) it was a nightmare job. Without Chris, I don’t think I could’ve got through it, so many things went wrong. He was so kind and very calm, nothing was too much trouble, he just got on with everything that was thrown at him! He turned up when he said he would and worked really hard. Gave me lots of ideas even suggesting I lower my shower tray which was a really difficult job, when he could easily have just left it as it was. He’s a star.
