Prompt, excellent initial communications via WhatsApp. Understood requirements of work required. Provided availability, time-frame and price for the work to be carried out. Sourced and supplied replacement extractor fan and light. Contact was made late on Friday, Nick kept me informed and was able to complete the work on Monday morning. Excellent all-round service.
