Job location: G11I’m delighted with John’s work. He replaced valves and a section of hose following a problem with the water supply to a washing machine and dishwasher. John has done a few jobs for me over last couple of months, not huge jobs, but important ones, done well, and for a reasonable charge. His communication is good -he confirms our appointments the evening before, and if he’s held up, for whatever reason, he lets you know. He talks through with you what he’s doing, and, final bonus, he clears up properly after he’s finished the job! I can recommend his company, and will definitely use him in future. From the outset the communication was brilliant. Kept in touch and actually listened to us unlike the previous 2 plumbers we had. Worked all day until just before 7pm to get job fixed. Was polite, respectful of our home and friendly and fixed something the previous 2 plumbers couldn’t. Left the rooms immaculate. Extremely reasonable price. Cant be faulted at all.
