Do not use this company. We have been left with: broken tiles, missing pointing on the chimney, breathable membrane left in gutters, dangerously lose tiles around windows, bent flashing on windows, reused old flashing, smashed guttering, unsuitable tiles, no bonding gutters and no roof on our lean-to. After months of trying to contact them to resolve these issues they only responded when a builder spoke to them on our behalf. After telling them they needed a bonding gutter to fix the leak they installed a gutter valley and the leak persists. We’ve been told the whole roof needs to be re-done.
