Chris attended originally to investigate a blockage. He identified this, was able to carry out a partial clearance and advised insurers of remedial work. On instruction from them he attended and carried this out - promptly, efficiently and - to my lay eye - correctly. No leaks on flushing test!

Chris was terrific. Repaired a cracked/leaking drainpipe, excavated and installed an aco drain in our side return, and replaced a very old gully. Top quality work, completed on time and in line with the estimate. Chris was incredibly hard-working, excellent at foreseeing potential problems and solving any unforeseen issues that cropped up, and always kept us updated on progress throughout the job.
