  We have just completed a build /refurbishment of an outbuilding and it was an absolute pleasure working with Chris and Sam , from the first meeting to discuss costs/estimates etc during the build communication was excellent and the work was of the quality rarely seen today in the building profession.

  Historic house renovation

  CS Design and Build has just completed a six-month renovation of our 18th-century home. As you’d expect, it was a challenging project with no straight lines and plenty of surprises, but Chris and Sam rose to the challenge. We’re delighted with the result. Thanks, guys!

  Kitchen and Bedroom renovation

  Sam and Chris completed works in our kitchen (knocking down walls, lintels, new sliding doors and plastering) and bedroom works (new window, blocking up chimney and plastering) Both Sam and Chris are such lovely guys - helpful, patient and clear - as first time renovators this was much appreciated. Their communication was spot on from the start and throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely get them back for future works!

  Completion of garage conversion to wet room & utility area through to completion & building regs.

  Simon & Chris at CSDesign provided works & support services to complete our garage conversion. The service from CS was to liaise with the local council to fully understand the brief to completion and issue of building regs certification. Sam & Chris were extremely reliable, and highly professional in everything they did. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional without fault. They openly engaged with us and the council on every aspect of the works we felt fully informed throughout. Can highly recommend CSDesign and will for sure use them again in the future.

  Re plastered bedroom and bathroom and refitted bath

  The work that has been done in our property is outstanding the chaps that did the work have worked so hard and done such a great job, came to our rescue after a leak in the bathroom which went through to bedroom. Worked so hard to get the job done and have everything back to normal. Would so recommend sam and dean for all the plastering and hard work they had to get the room ready to be able to plaster and for Adam for all the decorating he did. They all very hard and efficient workers. Thank you so much for everything

  Great general builders used for plastering, flooring and pointing works

  Chris and Sam and their team did such a fantastic job with our project. We moved into a property that needed some works ranging from plastering the living room and porch ceilings and a couple of walls in the living room. We also needed a new floor in our extension which was dug up, laid new insulation and damp proofed and then screened ready for new flooring to be laid. They also carried out pointing to the side and front of the house which was a huge task. It was such a pleasure to have them here to carry out the works. They offered good sound advice and had our best interest at heart.
