  Failure to respond to a request

  I completely fail to understand why a tradesperson would put their details on Checkatrade, then completely ignore a request for a quote. I understand circumstances may change, I understand there may be any one of many reasons why a tradesperson cannot do a job but I can not see any reason why they would not even reply to a request. Leaving details on line then ignoring a customer request is irresponsible and unacceptable. I have now wasted nine days waiting for a reply.

  Despite contacting this company to carry out work, they was very ignorant and did not respond. Would definitely not recommend them. They are a total waste of time.
