Wayne was very prompt to respond to my request for a quote, professional and knew exactly what was required, took time to fully explain the process, standards of work and a timeline for completion, I was very impressed but unfortunately his quote was the highest of three obtained so I did not proceed.

Kept the working area and surrounding places tidy and making sure all parts were ready to be begin the work. If a problem was found it was well communicated and fixed quickly. There was a high attention to detail and work was finished to a high standard.

We have a disabled child and wanted to remove our existing bath set up and replace with an accessible shower suite. From start to finish Wayne was amazing. His knowledge, experience and expertise enabled us, with his help and advice, to create a space which catered for the whole family. Nothing was too much trouble and even when we made changes to the design, he gladly implemented them, working with us to ensure our vision became reality. His attention to detail was outstanding and we are delighted with the final result. Everything from communication, timekeeping and cleanliness was PERFECT!!
