Very professional from first contact. I had my carpets cleaned by a company that dropped a leaflet through the letter box and had to call them twice to reclean the carpet and made it worse than what it was. I was almost going to change the carpets but then I got contact of Jay of Crystal clean and he assured me that he will clean the carpet and remove all the stains left by the previous company. I must say I was surprised to see the carpet after he had cleaned and it looked as good as new. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL. I would not use anyone else ever, Highly recommended.
