I booked and paid a deposit for an 11am clean. The cleaner never showed. Only after I chased was I told they were “stuck in traffic” with no ETA, no replacement, and my entire day wasted. I was promised compensation, then told it only applied if I rebooked. I was promised a refund, then told I wouldn’t get one. Instead, I was pressured to rebook and even urged to leave my keys with a neighbour or outside completely unsafe and unprofessional. They failed to provide the service, broke their promises, and kept my deposit. I lost time, money, and trust. Strongly recommend avoiding this company
