10 Excellent aerial installation & TV tuning service

Called Crystal Aerials to sort out my TV reception problems. Colin popped round the following day. Thoroughly checked my reception, made a recommendation & did the job there and then. Replaced my 20+ year old aerial & cable. Retuned my telly & recovered lost channels. On time, polite, friendly and professional. Best of all ,a lot cheaper than I was expecting. Had to have a new aerial and cable installed by Colin. Very friendly and helpful man. Did a meter check first to see the signal strength as TV as I was losing the signal intermittently. Signal was two thirds what it should be. Turned out the cable was so old, as was the aerial, that the outer covering had cracked and rain was getting into cable. 10 Replaced faulty amplifier allowing maximum signal strength and signal quality to multiple TVs.

Our TVs were all experiencing 'No Signal' to our terrestrial channels. Colin arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem and replaced the faulty amplifier in our loft so that all TVs received the maximum quality of signal. Colin called without delay and investigated a poor tv reception problem. Using his experience and diagnostic tools, he quickly came up with a solution. Then followed a very neat installation.
