Colin responded very promptly to my voicemail message and came round the following day to investigate a problem I was having with my TV aerial. He arrived on time, quickly found the fault and recommended the best solution, which was to put in a new section of cable. He did this straight away and very efficiently. We needed a splitter fitted to connect the TV in our front room to the aerial as we are moving away from Sky TV.
