Straightforward people to deal with

Cruise Electrical have completed all the electrical work with our kitchen renovation including lighting, sockets and other alterations. Also supplied and installed an EV charger for us. Great communication and worked around his busy schedule to fit us in as and when we needed him Super happy with the work

I dealt with Nick and Craig, Nick came to see the job I needed doing and very quickly knew what the plan of action was and what was required. Craig came on time and prepared to do the jobs in hand. Craig was very polite, hardworking and extremely tidy. He kept me in the loop at all times and I couldn’t recommend cruise electrical any more! They really made me feel valued and looked after.

Nick asked me to call another number David (presumably admin guy) to book appointment to obtain a quote, which I did. David called back to say Nick would be with me at 2pm. 2.30pm no show and no call to say delayed. I called again to ask what was happening and was advised by David that Nick should be there already and that they would he would call back in a few minutes with an update. Fast forward 6pm no call back even out of courtesy. AVOID
