John has completed all our plumbing work for the past 18 years including during a major build. He is always reliable, friendly, polite and extremely trustworthy. You will not find a more knowledgeable plumber / business owner. Used across multiple projects from entire boiler and piping installs to gas safety regularly as a landlord. However the most impressive work has come at my most critical times of an unidentifiable leaks which has always been found and resolved at fair prices for the value of the work received. We are very pleased with John's work. He communicated with us via email prior to installing the insinkerator and advised us on the best one to get then managed to get it for us at a discount. He was on time for the appointment, did a great job, cleaned afterwards, very professional and exactly what we needed. We highly recommend him for any plumbing job.
