Their visit happened quickly once we'd been contacted. The surveyor Ryan was very professional, on time for the appointment, he went about his work quietly and efficiently. We were warned there was the potential for some issues in one section and the reason why but thankfully it was ok On review of the scope of the work he didn't think it would cost what they had quoted (very reasonable anyway) so we were charged less. That alone is reassuring as it's niche profession it would be easy to charge more The report came through and was extensive and well presented. Very happy customer
