  Kitchen and boiler

  This is the second time we have used these and it was another great job done by them. We will be using them in the future too. They are polite, great time keepers and the other companies they use for example electrician, carpenter are also of a great standard. We couldn’t recommend them enough. We are so happy with our new kitchen and boiler.

  Old Shower unit taken out and Replaced with New

  Had the old shower Tray, shower doors and shower system taken out and all renewed with new. This company were respectful at all times and turned up on the day they were booked in, took all of the old shower system away. We would recommend this company 💯.

  Don’t go anywhere else but CR Property Maintenance!

  I honestly cannot recommend CR Property Maintenance enough. Completing a full rip out and re fit Ross and his partner were absolutely fantastic from initial quotation to completion. The team were honest and when asked for opinions on colour decor and light selection etc they provided their unbiased well thought out opinion even before we had agreed the work The gentleman were clean efficient and no bother at all delivering top quality service throughout their time installing. We will most definitely be using their services again. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

  They do kitchens brilliantly too!

  Brilliant- we used them to rip out and install our new kitchen & utility room. This included moving plumbing, ripping up old floor tiles, levelling the floor, laying new LVT, and of course putting in the new kitchen & all appliances. Professional, tidy, friendly & we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Totally recommend.

  Amazing service from Chay and Ross from start to finish, such a professional service . The company communication with us throughout the whole process was great. We was so happy with the work done in our bathroom, the cleanest nicest builders we have used and without a doubt will use again for any more work . Five star company . Thank you Chay and Ross.

  Re-mastic Bath

  We noticed a leak under the bath so reached out to the team and from reaching out to having the work completed, it was sorted within a day! We are so impressed with the work carried out. Ross went above and beyond just replacing the mastic after finding a support that wasn’t actually ‘supporting’. Cannot recommend C R Maintenance enough & we’ll definitely be using them again should the need arise in future. Thank you!!
