    Quick response excellent work!

    We needed a roof repair and replacement to rectify leaks. Croydon maintenance did the work in quick time including arranging for a scaffolding. the work was excellent and kept us informed of the progress. their response for our queries were quick. Would reuse them and would recommend them too.

    Very efficient but pricey

    The company responded very quickly to the enquiry. They arrived promptly and the two men on site were efficient. The job became more complicated than first anticipated. But they worked logically to deremine the problem. However, I agreed a price for the extra work with head office. In reality however the job did not in my view justify the price.

    Guttering replaced

    A great service provided and at short notice, work was done the day after the inspection. Had my guttering replaced with an expert and professional service. They completed the work in no time and everything was left clean and all waste removed.

    Contacted Terry around Christmas wanting my roof done and some maintenance at my stables. He was quick to give me a quote and come down between Christmas and new year which was quicker than I expected. All of his staff were polite and very professional. Very happy with the standard of the job, they even leaf blew my sandschool as an extra. Very happy would highly recommend

    Work was start on date stated, all work was carried out to a very high standard, all builder rubbish and debris was picked up and cleared way from the site, and very please with the team of workers ,and very please with the work .
