Friendly, helpful, professional, I would recommend Mark to anyone. A rare breed of tradesman that reacts to emails and calls in a timely fashion, turns up to the job on time and takes pride in his work. Moving house is a busy time, if only everything on the ToDo list could be taken care of this easily.
