Kevin and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived within two days of my initial call, and we agreed on the scope of work in advance. Kevin also offered helpful advice about some additional repairs I’d been considering. His team worked quickly, efficiently, and were always polite—I was genuinely impressed by their speed and professionalism. They took the time to show me clear before-and-after photos of the issues with my roof and chimney, which gave me real peace of mind. Everything was left immaculate at the end of each day. Kevin was quick to respond to my request for help. He explained what needed to be done, in what timescale and the cost. He completed the work to my total satisfaction. Kev was prompt to give us a quote. Price was competitive. He made a point of warning about various areas that might need further work / materials once the original felt had been removed. Thus we had no unpleasant surprises when some of the original boarding was found to be rotten and needed replacing. Kev kept the costs down by not doing any unnecessary work. Kev gave regular progress reports explaining what had been / still needed doing. The team put in full hard working days in very hot weather to get the job done. Polite, clean and tidy throughout.
