My request was answered promptly, and the technician arrived the following morning when he said he would . He worked hard to solve the problem of a fridge freezer which was constantly beeping. He couldn’t find a fault but the beeping stopped while he was working. It is now functioning well. He rang me today to make sure that all was in order.

Job was completed fine, however asked to get a job receipt, which was told I would receive. Despite asking for it a few times, didn't not receive or got any further communication
