  A slipped tile and ripped felt

  We discovered our issue Friday early evening, Tim replied quickly and came out Saturday morning for a quote he was polite and professional Workers arrived Tuesday morning and were polite and cracked on with the job Would use again if needed

  Tim carried out a roof gulley repair which involved taking the tiles back to the ridge and replacing the felt and re-seating the tiles. The work was carried out well with care and I thought the two guys allocated on this work did a very professional job. I was also impressed with Tim finding the exact tiles to replace those that broke when taken out as these tiles stopped being produced a decade ago.
