    Replace bathroom extractor fan, fit new downlighter

    Tony was punctual, efficient, practical, friendly and courteous. He came out promptly, gave a clear estimate, and came to do the work soon after acceptance of the quote. His quote was less than half the first quote we received from Checkatrade but the work he did was first class.

    Fault Finding

    To begin with the Electricians were bewildered as to what the fault could be, after looking at a few of the wiring of the light fixtures, they began looking in the fuse box, they took some fuses out and when replaced the fault didn't seem to be happening. The assumption of the electricians and myself was that the fault must have been in the fuse box. I was happy with what the tradesman had done and we agreed that if the fault arose in the not to distant future I would let them know. So far the problem has not arisen.

    Fault finding

    Called Tony and James to find a fault with the 'trip switches'. Fortunately they were able to arrive the same day, and they both diligently set about trying to try and track down what and where the problem was on the circuit. They were able to isolate the problem, explain to us what had likely gone wrong, give me a workaround, and how best to fix underlying cause in the future when it suited us better. Very happy with their work.

    Repair faulty bathroom light problem, repair / replace power socket box.

    Faulty wiring to bathroom which had to be accessed from ceiling. Job was done quickly and ceiling repaired after electrics sorted, very tidy and repair invisible. Power socket in lounge couldn't be screwed back, repaired and looking good. Very satisfied.

    Identify loss of power to built in two units

    Called Tony at 0930 with a description of the problem. He arrived with James at 1335 tracked down the problem, replaced two switches and tested the affected units. Very pleasant to deal with Tony and James good diagnostic approach to identifying the problem. Replaced dodgy switches and all is good. Thanks to Tony and James
