I was contacted by Callum, and I explained my air con unit at home needed to be re gassed. He arranged for his partner Lee to come the next day. Callum called me to confirm the booking, and called again on the day to confirm what time Lee would be with me. When Lee arrived I explained what I need doing, he explained exactly what he was doing, and how the system worked. A very positive experience, great communication, quick service, and a good price. Callum called the next day to make sure everything went okay, and that I was happy with the work. I will definitely use these guys again.

From start to finish, communication was 100%. Callum was very patient when answering questions and very knowledgeable in his trade of work. He quoted for the works very reasonably and attended when he said he would and carried out the works efficiently and within the timeframe given. I would recommend Callum and his company to anybody that has issues with their air conditioning in the London area.
