  Small bit of painting

  The work wasn’t good quality. We agreed three hours and it is crystal clear in the communication and then they build me for more than this. From £155-£235. He has then sent me continuous and threatening emails when I have said that I will only pay for the time that I agreed. I would not use this workman ever again.

  We work on a clear hourly rate. No fixed time was ever agreed. The client refused to pay despite our discount offer and couldn't provide any proof of a time agreement. We’re now proceeding with formal recovery. All communication remained respectful.

  Top half of brick post by front gate had been knocked off the base

  It was a confusing experience for me as I used the app for the first time and had no idea what I was doing and got confused by the various messages I had coming in. However in terms of the work being done that was excellent. Arrived on time (which I didn't manage!). Very polite and worked very tidily and didn't leave any mess behind. The only drawback to the whole process was me getting very confused with the app......

  Hang heavy mirror and assemble and hang Ikea kitchen cabinets

  Fran was quick to respond to my enquiries and explained his charges clearly. Fran hung a heavy hallway mirror and assembled and hung Metod kitchen cabinets for us, customising them perfectly to fit our space. He even fixed the lock on our conservatory door. He was professional throughout, worked non stop all day and tidied up thoroughly. We would definitely use him again in future. I would highly recommend his services. Thank you, Francisco!

  bathroom fittings

  Great service. Had some plumbing repairs and a vinyl floor to fit in my bathroom. Fran was very responsive and came up with some good ideas. Very helpful and good service. I totally recommend.
