  Repair central heating pump

  I have not needed to use a plumber before but I contacted Heath and informed him of my problem. He came the next day and was able to repair the issue rather than replace anything costly! He is very informative about what he does and answered my 50 thousand question! Defiantly found my plumber and will be calling Heath next time.

  Disconnected Boiler

  This is a very belated review, for which I apologise to Heath. A young Gas Engineer that had been provided by my 24/7 Home Emergency Service had disconnected my boiler, advising me I needed a new one costing £1000's, when I asked for more information, I heard nothing more and I realised that I was being conned into buying a new boiler! Thankfully Heath responded to my request to check the boiler. He reconnected it & discovered that all that was needed was a Boiler Service. I really can't thank him enough for his honesty & integrity, without any doubt at all, I can highly recommend him.

  Rectification of leaky toilet cistern in response to a prior plumber’s defective work

  Heath is by far the best tradesman I’ve ever used. He arrived within a hour of my call and took time to analyse, explain and redo the faulty plumbing work a prior plumber had performed. He was very friendly and considerate. Heath very quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. He sourced all the replacement parts very quickly. With a small amount of assistance, Heath was able to restore my toilet cistern to its former glory. The level of concern Heath had for my predicament was unprecedented. Heath also guided me over how best I could raise my concerns over the prior plumber’s work.

  I called Heath at short notice because of a pile banging noise. What a star. He was local so managed to pop round at short notice. A real gent. Polite. Engaging. Knowledgable. Tidy. And reasonably priced. Def one for the speed dial.
