  Found and fixed a challenging leak buried in the wall

  Responded to our request in about an hour, came round the following morning, fixed the leak which was about as complex as it could be in under 2 hours. Honest and upfront about costs and a thoroughly nice bloke!

  Old outdated fittings - not a problem!

  Needed to replace my thermostatic shower mixer, but the fittings were strange and outdated. Came just to review what was going on and give a quote, but ended up fixing everything there and then. Great job, super clean and professional!

  We recently used Cross Plumbing for boiler works and were extremely impressed with the service we received from start to finish. The engineers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and really helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and put our minds at ease. Communication throughout was excellent, and the work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. The team arrived when expected, treated our home with respect and left everything clean and tidy afterwards.   Plumbing is never cheap but I felt that I got good value with excellent fittings provided and time taken to do the upgrades to a properly professional standard. Team were tidy and friendly. Happy to recommend to anyone wanting work done properly with no cut corners.
