  We worked with Mike and his team (Dean and Jayden) over several weeks to cover a number of plumbing requests. These included: replacing toilet flushes, replacing taps, replacing heated towel rails. The work was always carried out to a very high quality and the whole team were friendly and easy to get along with. It always felt like they really wanted us to have the best experience and we’ll absolutely work with Cross Plumbing again for other plumbing needs.

  If l could give Cross Plumbing 12 out of 10 l would. They were the only company to respond on checkatrade and very promptly too. The house was flooded and needed a new boiler and other checks, this was all completed very professionally and quickly. I was kept informed at all times and would not hesitate to recommend them. It has been very refreshing to deal with such a professional and honest company.

  Over the last couple of years Mike and his team have done a great deal of work for us. Initially replacing a few old taps to installing a new gas boiler and this year a complete refurb of our bathroom, en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. Mike and the team are very professional, courteous and focuses on attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Cross Plumbing and will no doubt use them again in the future. 10/10. October 2025
