  Over the last couple of years Mike and his team have done a great deal of work for us. Initially replacing a few old taps to installing a new gas boiler and this year a complete refurb of our bathroom, en-suite and downstairs cloakroom. Mike and the team are very professional, courteous and focuses on attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Cross Plumbing and will no doubt use them again in the future. 10/10. October 2025

  Wonderful service

  Absolutely fabulous service from Mike and his team. We are thrilled with our new loo as our old one was very worn out. Mike came within a couple of days to look at the job and within a week we had our new loo which looks awesome. The father and son who fitted it worked tirelessly and oh so well together. An absolute delight from start to finish. We will definitely be using Cross Plumbing again in the near future. Thank you

  Various plumbing works

  Following moving into a new home I contacted Mike Cross - who i had used before - to install some new radiators, two shower screens and miscellaneous plumbing works. All these works were carried out very professionally by Mike and his colleague, Dean. During those works, Mike found a leak coming from my pressurised water cylinder. This cylinder was covered fortunately under a guarantee - Mike liaised on my behalf with the manufacturer, a replacement cylinder was provided and Mike spent a day installing this new part which was quite involved. Very highly recommended.
