I contacted cross blinds and was able to be booked in for a measurement within 1/2 days. Ross came and his customer service from start to finish was absolutely fantastic and he was trying to give me the best quote possible( which was fantastic) the two guys that fitted my blinds today were friendly and again customer service was amazing! Would highly recommend cross blinds not only for amazing prices and quality blinds but for they kindness and compassion there staff have for there customers.

Incredible service from the initial home visit to the final installation. They brought an excellent selection of shutter samples and explained all our pricing options transparently. The fitting was completed perfectly within the promised timeframe. Extremely pleased with how they look!

Great customer service from start to finish. Visited the house with a good selection of shutter and blind samples and Ross explained the various options available and costed out the different options there and then. Fitting was arranged within the given time frame and Steven fitted the shutters and blinds perfectly. Really pleased with the results.
