Suffered 6-10 trips a day on ground floor for days before Lee came out. Lee was great in comms leading up to the appt and very quickly got to work. He fixed a few sockets which had poor wiring (too many wires, wires too thick for the socket to fit correctly) and noticed some wiring not up to code which he corrected with my blessing. He tweaked the consumer unit layout to improve safety and the fault was resolved after all of this. Superb work and a lovely, forthcoming service.

Lee was very helpful in advance of his visit, he arrived on time and completed the work within the first hour. As an emergency call out, he was very supportive to the members of the household and gave every confidence that everything was now safe. If I needed further work completing I would be asking Lee first.

Had to call Lee out in the evening when I had a problem with a socket which fused the electrics. He was happy to come out and told me upfront what the cost would be. As he was carrying out the job Lee explained very clearly what the problem was and he worked quickly and efficiently to resolve it. I would highly recommend.
