Jan and team did a great job in getting our cat flap installed on time . Highly recommended!

The team were friendly and efficient. The team communicated well when 2 visits were needed due to replacement lock needing to be sourced. Hinges are working well. Just needed tighten after doing so the window didn’t swing open fully which they happily did. Will use again as am likely to need more work in future.

Quick courteous and good quality work

We were very pleased with all the work that Croft Glass did for us. They listened carefully to what we wanted and got everything organised within quite a tight deadline. All of the fitters who came did such a good job and it was a pleasure to have them working in our house. The bi-fold doors have transformed our kitchen/diner and how we live in it, and the new front door is receiving lots of compliments! The office staff were also very helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend Croft Glass.

Efficient administration and competitive quote. More importantly - they turned up exactly when they said they would (on a weekend), carried out the work and left the area very tidy.

The rep was very helpful and considerate, he listened and talked through options - even walked up and down the road to find examples so I understood what he was talking about. No hard sell but knew the product and gave me a fair price for quality workmanship. The payment schedule was clearly explained. The office was easy to deal with when I called, always polite and helpful as were the 2 fitters when they arrived - easy company, clearly knew what they were doing and worked very much as a team. They talked through what it would look like and asked for my preference if applicable - great job!
