  turned up to price Was told i would get a price in 14 days after 21 days rang to find out what happened to price was told no one was available but would get a call back today still waiting after 5 days

  Nice guy came promptly and completed a very concise quotation to the agreed spec. Would definitely use. Gave me lots of info about products and the way they all work from insulation and hinges etc. Very good.

  Repairs to UPVC windows

  Very impressed with this company. They came out quickly to give a quote and then returned quickly to complete the work. Everything was done as I wished and as we discussed during the initial inspection. The two engineers were very pleasant and friendly.

  I have given a rating of '2' because the two men who came (24th July) to measure-up for a quote were polite and professional - last week I sent an email saying I had not heard anything - still nothing!!!! They must be very busy, I will try another source.

  Replacement of first floor cracked double glazed window pane.

  We just happened to have scaffolding in place around the bedroom bay window when the breakage occurred. However the scaffolding was just about to be taken down and without it in place the cost of replacing the window would have been very high. The response of Croft Glass to our predicament was above and beyond. They came that day to measure up and then fitted the window four days later before the scaffolding came down and saved us lots of money. The service was remarkable both from the office and from the workmen who came out . The speed , efficiency and standard of work were excellent.
