A pleasure to deal with, Efficient, courteous, good product (one old large double glazed sealed unit replaced) fair value

CRK Windows provided a top class service from start to finish. The surveyor gave an honest price when costing up the work. A timescale was kept from the survey to the job being given a start date. No mucking around at any stage of the job - excellent liaison via telephone at all times. The 2 guys who fitted the main window to my property turned up promptly and were extremely efficient and courteous. They cleaned up afterwards and did a very professional job. I highly recommend CRK Windows to you.

We had a new front door installed by CRK. I visited their showroom a couple of times to see the doors in the flesh and to get a few questions answered. Very friendly, no hard sell, just honest, practical advice. The installation was great, did a really good job and left our hallway spotless. Thoroughly recommended.

I thoroughly recommend this company and have used them many times now. They have fitted out front door and all the middle floor windows. Their fitters arrive on time and are courteous. They are also very caring about looking after the carpets in your house and keeping things clean. The rendering work they did around our new windows was outstanding. The customer service pre sale and after sale is excellent. All phone calls are handled with professionalism and curtesy. I would not used another company for my windows.

Fantastic company to deal with. Right from the go they were very professional, quick responses, polite and very helpful. All the staff we dealt with especially the fitters were excellent. We had 2 windows and a front door all great quality. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish. 5 windows installed. No pushy sales , completely honest and direct information and quote. Brilliant communication with lots of emails and calls where needed. Installer was very kind, helpful and friendly. 1 window pane was slightly too big but was put in temporarily and within 24 hours was replaced with a new one. This was the second time of using CRK as we got a new front door with them. Always friendly, helpful and reliable service.
