Excellent service from start to finish. 5 windows installed. No pushy sales , completely honest and direct information and quote. Brilliant communication with lots of emails and calls where needed. Installer was very kind, helpful and friendly. 1 window pane was slightly too big but was put in temporarily and within 24 hours was replaced with a new one. This was the second time of using CRK as we got a new front door with them. Always friendly, helpful and reliable service.

We would highly recommend this company as all the work was carried out to a very high standard. From our first contact with our sales representative to the fitters carrying out the work it was done with care and attention. Any concerns we had were amended/repaired without fuss. The whole experience was made stress free as we were listened to and our views were taken into account. The house and surrounding area was left clean and tidy. We are very happy with our widows and the service we received.

They gave us a date really quickly and started three weeks after us confirming the order. The team that came were friendly and got the job done in one day. They left everything clean and tidy.
