CRK began with an effective survey which identified a problem no one else had spotted. The CRK Installation team arrived and finished exactly as predicted. They volunteered help with other issues which arose in the general building project. CRK worked carefully, created very little mess and tidied up at the end of each day. Inevitably, in an installation of this size, a few things go wrong but CRK owned any problems and delivered solutions quickly. Overall, the project was well managed and very carefully executed. I would strongly recommend CRK to anyone planning a similar project.

In short, it was superb!!! The service, the price and the quality of work done was perfect. The door to fit was huge, considering taking out old one and fitting new, it was all done round lunch! From day one when order was placed, everything went like perfect clockwork: survey, manufacturing and installation was as planned and on schedule! To sum up: highly recommended and well done!!!

Excellent from start to finish. Of all the tradespeople contacted, CRK were quick to answer the initial phone call and answered all our initial questions in detail. When we visited the showroom, we were shown all the various options for a front door, locks, mailbox etc and further questions all answered. They also came to the house to have a look at our windows as we were unsure if any needed changing and we were given honest answers. Fitting of the door was quick, clean and they even put up an external mailbox we had bought. Will defintely contact again when we decide to fit new windows.

When we arrived at the showroom it was easy to see and test the various doors and fittings, the staff were helpful but not pushy. Once we decided on a door a surveyor visit was promptly arranged and the door ordered. The door was ready a bit earlier than expected and was fitted by a polite and tidy fitter. We are very pleased with the door, it looks great and has made our hallway much warmer.
