    Identifying the fault(s) on a recently installed system. Fixing the problem and testing the units.

    Our AC system was only installed in Oct ‘25, and it failed on first proper use in the recent hot spell of weather. We then discovered that the original installation company had been compulsorily dissolved, with no access to repairs. We were very nervous in appointing a new engineer to resolve everything. Having spoken with Darren, we became much more comfortable, and ultimately employed him to do the work. His communications were excellent, his time keeping spot-on, and his work methodical. He made us feel confident that we had made the right choice. We are now ready for the next heatwave

    Darren fixed my noisy condensate pump issue. His work was neat and tidy. Initially I hired him for a noisy pump issue. I ended up asking him to service all four units. I highly recommend him.
