Cris has helped us with projects in the past, and when we wanted to redecorate our stairs he was the first on our list. He discovered that the wood under the carpet was great quality and suggested an approach to achieve a quality patina finish on a modest budget. Cris did the many sandings and many layers of finish when we were away for the week. There aren't many builders you trust enough to hand over your house keys, as you leave for holiday, but Cris is one. Super convenient to return from holiday to these beatifully worked stairs. Absolutely delighted with the result.

Cris and his team were great to work with and did a really good job. They are polite, punctual and knowledgeable. They did a job to re-support the purlins in our roof and worked to a structural engineer's drawing and communicated well with the SE and ourselves. They were very professional, flexible when we needed to reschedule and we would recommend them. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

We've used Cris and his team before, on an extension project. We received the same, high value for money as we did then. The communication is crystal clear, and the pace of execution is consistently high. Emerging complications were dealt with in a flexible and elegant way, without making a dent in the budget. All together, this takes the stress out of the experience. Speaking to friends, that is a unique thing. Highly recommend!

Cris and the team were absolutely fantastic in their work with a tricky rear extension that even included bringing in Thames Water. Very responsive, accommodating, and professional - worlds apart from the team I (unfortunately) engaged on the renovation of my first property. Amazing Job, reliable team, great communication, delivered on time.

Cris and his team did a fantastic job installing a new steel beam to support a previously removed chimney stack to bring it up to current building regs. Work was done efficiently with limited disturbance to the rest of the house. Cris is great at communicating, keeping us informed and answering our many questions. We always felt in safe hands and have since asked him to carry out further works on the house.
