  Josh did a great job, even when my electrics were more unusual. He checked with me before doing anything that could create a mess, and left everything tidy once he was done. Was friendly throughout and I would use Josh again.

  Fantastic, Reliable, Superfluous!

  Fantastic service! I called with an emergency out of hours for an antique burglar alarm malfunction. Josh took the call, arranged clear ETA, arrived on time and managed the job superbly from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Josh. He went above and beyond expectations. Great job done and very relieved to get this issue sorted. Thanks again Josh!

  CCTV Install

  Josh came round and installed three new CCTV cameras at my house and did a great job. He explained everything beforehand, kept me in the loop while he was working, and made sure everything was up and running properly before he left. He also showed me how to use the app, which was really helpful. 👍

  Poor aftercare, always one excuse or another

  Josh came out to replace 1 camera, ended up changing 4 cameras (cables all in place), then blew the box so changed that box, then that failed and by the time he eventually came said its 13mths old and out of guarantee then replaced with another box that never worked from day 1 now after 4mths of excuses still waiting for him. Unfortunately he puts enjoying life before professionalism and customer care, so after nearly £500 for changing one camera. We have decided to go elsewhere to resolve this issue
